With both BJP and Aam Aadmi Party promising a reduction in electricity bill, the Congress too has done the same.

Arvind Kejriwal declared movable assets at Rs 2.26 lakh while his wife has a total of Rs 15.28 lakh including 300 gm of gold worth Rs 9 lakh and 24 gm silver worth Rs 24,000.

"INLD will put up five to 10 candidates for the Delhi Assembly polls, which the party will contest in association with JD(U)," Dushyant Chautala said.

Making the significant announcement, BJP president Amit Shah said, "The BJP will contest the Delhi Assembly elections under the leadership of Kiran Bedi."

The focus of the workshop was also to sensitise media on the instructions relating to media during the election period.

Bedi, who joined the party on Thursday, had also given broad hints that she could be BJP's chief ministerial candidate.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said the party will simplify the procedure of transferring the ownership of plot if it comes to power.

The VHP has so far organised 450 such meetings across the country and will hold a total of 600 sabhas by March.

The by-elections will take place on February 13 and the counting of votes will take place on February 16.

BJP recently alleged that 151 raids were conducted on commercial establishments during the government of AAP.

"Did u hear a BJP ad on radio where an old woman appears angry with me? Our response to BJP ad," Kejriwal tweeted.

"BJP President Amit Shah has appointed Raosaheb Patil Danve as the new president of Maharashtra unit of BJP," said a party release issued.
