Electromagnetic frequency (EMF) radiation is a fact of life. Most human beings are exposed to some form of EMF radiation on a daily basis.
There are fears that EMF radiation causes cancer and also result in fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, difficulty concentrating, depression, memory loss, visual disruptions, irritability, hearing disruptions, skin problems, cardiovascular disorder and dizziness. But there is no clearcut scientific evidence available as of today which establishes causality between EMF radiation and disease in human beings.
Various international organisations such as WHO, HPA, SRSA, AGNIR, NIPH have stated that there is no convincing evidence linking EMF exposures with health effects.
Experts say that the electromagnetic radiation from the mobile towers does not carry enough energy to cause any harm to the human health. Also the guidelines for EMF radiations in India are very stringent when compared to developed countries. Indian standards are 10 times more stringent than countries like USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.
