New Delhi: Aiming to focus more on customer services, Motorola has launched its first Moto Care flagship centre in India. Located in the heart of Bangalore, this facility will not only let visitors get their hands on Motorola devices, but will also provide customer support.
It will showcase products including Moto X (including leather and wood versions), Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus 6 and Moto 360. The zone will also facilitate online orders via Flipkart.
The service and support area will give consumers a walk-in service experience and support will be provided for various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
The Moto Care centre is located in the heart of Bangalore on Jayanagar Road and is spread across 3000 square feet.
Besides, Motorola has also launched Moto Care on Wheels, which is a pilot project, in New Delhi. As part of the project, for up to 30 days after purchase, Moto vans will service device issues right at customer's doorstep, just within a few hours.
The company has also launched the Moto Care App that can be used by users for customer care support.
