Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has been scheduled for a late August launch as per Samsung’s President of Mobile Communications – DJ Koh. Confirming to the since-long rumours, Koh stated that the official launch for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be scheduled for late August while it will be released in the market in early September. As per a report, DJ Koh shared the Galaxy Note 8’s release plans which forecast a two-phase launch for the next Samsung flagship. In early September, the Galaxy Note 8 is supposed to be released in US, South Korea and UK. The next phase, starting from October, will see the release taking place in other Samsung markets.
According to the recent leaks and an ‘accidental’ Twitter posting by Samsung, the Galaxy Note 8 will also sport an Infinity Display just like the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ and will have even smaller bezel than the two. The Note 8 will be powered by an Exynos 9 SoC. Rumours also suggest a Dual Camera setup on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
