Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik are anticipating the birth of their first child. The pair has been sharing sneak peeks of this beautiful phase on social media. After months of speculation about Rubina’s pregnancy, the actress formally revealed the news on Instagram on September 16 with an adorable note. Since the announcement, Rubina and Abhinav have been showered with well wishes and blessings. Recently, two individuals from the transgender community arrived at Rubina and Abhinav’s house to bless the soon-to-be parents. Rubina shared glimpses from this visit on her latest vlog.
In the vlog, Rubina is seen introducing her guests and sharing that she shares a good bond with them. The duo from the transgender community were seen praising the actress for always being friendly and inviting them. They even lauded the actress for playing a transgender role in her show, Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. One of the two visitors, Anu ji as introduced by Rubina, shared, “I really adore Rubina. When we came to know about the good news we were all extremely happy. I am sure our whole Kinnar samaj will be happy about it as Rubina played a character dedicated to us in Shakti and I pray that she is blessed with a healthy baal gopal or mata rani.”
Later, Rubina revealed how the transgender community was pleased with her and frequently praised her because of her affiliation with a show about transgender lives. The transgender community members then proceeded to wish Rubina and Abhinav luck on their new path. The actress also prepared lunch for her visitors and had the food with them.
Meanwhile, while talking to their visitors, Rubina and Abhinav shared incidents from their wedding. Rubina mentioned that when they were getting married, their daily soap was at its peak, so they were unable to take off. She revealed that they had merely taken a six-day break and that the wedding had taken place in Shimla. Abhinav added that he went for a shoot in his wedding outfit as they were staying at a hotel and didn’t have time to go back home.
While filming Choti Bahu, Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla became acquainted with each other and later tied the knot in 2014. The couple also participated in Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 14 and quickly rose to prominence as one of the country’s most popular celebrity couples. Rubina went on to win the show that year. According to reports, the actress is set to make her debut in the Punjabi film industry. She was last seen on TV in Season 10 of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa when she was a finalist.
