Large Police Response Seen At Trump Tower In Chicago: Report

A large police response was seen at the Trump International Hotel & Tower on the Chicago River, US media reported on Tuesday night (local time).

Chicago police confirmed they are responding to the hotel at 401 North Wabash Avenue in River North at 8:20 p.m., according to ABC7 news.

However, it was not immediately clear what prompted the response from the local police. Authorities did not immediately provide further information. Sirens speeding past the station’s studios were heard at 22 W. Washington St. on the way to Trump Tower.

According to the reports, seven squad cars sped up Dearborn Street in a row. Roads were closed nearby, and lots of police were on the scene. Numerous Chicago Police squad cars and at least one armored vehicle were seen.
