Ducati has launched two all-new Scramblers in India, the all-new Scrambler Nightshift which is priced at Rs 9,80,000 Lacs and the new BS6 Desert Sled, priced at Rs 10,89,000 Lacs respectively (Ex-Showroom Pan India). Equipped with a Cafe Racer style flat seat and a wide handlebar, the new Scrambler Nightshift is an ideal choice for those night riders who want to ride a motorcycle full of character and effortless power.
Equipped with a new Cafe Racer-style flat seat, which is comfortable both for rider and passenger, the Nightshift does not compromise a bit on comfort, while assuring extremely powerful performance. The Nightshift is equipped with the iconic Pirelli MT60 tires coupled with spoked wheels.
The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled offers a new take on the off-road bikes of the ’60s and ’70s that made American history. With a similar engine compared to the Nightshift, the Desert Sled packs as much power. Along with the golden rims and the classic black frame, the all-new “Sparking Blue" livery enriched with red and white details on the tank and mudguards pays a humble tribute to the Enduro bikes of the 80s and enhances the distinctly off-road character of the bike.
The high front mudguard and extended rear fender makes it the perfect outdoor partner. The high plate holder, variable cross-section handlebar and adjustable Kayaba Suspensions with 46mm fork and 200mm excursion, makes ‘off-roading’ a ‘seamless’ experience. The Desert Sled is also equipped with Pirelli SCORPION RALLY STR 120/70 R19 tyre at the front and Pirelli SCORPION RALLY STR 170/60 R17 tyre at the rear, for the right balance between off-road and Enduro street performance.
Also Watch:
Both Nightshift and Desert Sled come equipped with the 803 CC L-twin two-valve engine which puts outs a maximum power of 73 HP at 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 66.2 Nm at 5,750 rpm. Both the Scramblers are equipped with a 6-speed gearbox and the clutch is a wet multi plate type with hydraulic control and a servo-assisted slipper function that limits rear wheel destabilization during down-shifts.
