Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to release another electric scooter in the Indian market. It has been reported that the brand has already filed a patent for the same, which now has surfaced on the internet.
The leaked photos somehow have revealed overall design elements, hinting at how it will look in the future. Going by the images, the battery-powered scooter looks quite bold, featuring an aggressive stance with an impressive road appearance. It is likely to come with a fully LED V-shaped headlamp setup, paired with sleek DRLs. However, the brand is yet to confirm the details.
Key Highlights
Apart from this, the electric two-wheeler features a single flat seating arrangement, which is expected to offer great comfort to both riders and passengers.
Design Elements
When it comes to the overall design, it seems like the company has invested extra efforts in the vertical as it looks quite aggressive in the photos. To offer a comfortable riding experience, the scooters are likely to be equipped with a leading link at the front while the rear is expected to be treated by a conventional shock absorber.
Platform
If rumors are to be believed, the e-scooter will likely be built on the same platform as the Vida V1, providing decent built quality. It will feature some of the trending yet robust features. The list includes digital instrument clusters, digital speedometers, keyless ignition, mobile connectivity, low battery alert, speed warning, among others.
The company has not shared the battery-related details as yet. However, some reports suggested it uses the same footprints as Vida V1, powered the same electric motor. Customers can expect removable types instead of fixed ones.
