'I Always Respect Him': Dhurva Sarja On His Rumoured Tiff With Darshan
The speculations of tension between Darshan and Dhruva Sarja started when it was seen that they were sitting at a distance from each other at the Cauvery Row protest.

Just a few days back, the Kannada film industry held a protest over the Cauvery River water dispute. The event was attended by many celebrities and dignitaries of the industry. Two of the prominent faces of the industry, Darshan and Dhruva Sarja were also present at the protest. As videos from the event surfaced online, fans noticed all did not seem well between these two stars.

The signs of tension between Darshan and Dhruva Sarja became evident when the Pogaru actor seemed to be in some kind of disagreement with Darshan, even though they shared the same stage at the protest which was hosted by Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC).

From the videos circulating on the internet, it was seen that Sarja was seen sitting at a distance from Darshan. This led to speculations that something was amiss between the two. Now, recently, Sarja has addressed this and offered a clarification on the much-discussed topic.

On the occasion of his birthday on Friday, he spoke to the media who were present at the gala arranged by his fans. Dhruva said, “Though it is an irrelevant topic to be discussed on the day of my birthday, I am clarifying it since you (the media) are asking about it. I always respect Darshan sir as a senior not just in his presence but even during his absence. However, I have a couple of questions for him to answer.”

He added that he is not the kind of person who can pretend. He said that there is no need for him to put up an act in front of others to please them as he is not an artificial person.

Dhruva Sarja further reinstated the fact that he still has high regard for Darshan as a senior and it will always remain the same. He said, “He (Darshan) has even lent his voice to one of my films to which I am forever indebted to him. But I cannot put up an act. That is not me.”

During the address to the media, the Addhuri actor also cautioned those who are “spreading hatred” unnecessarily. He mentioned that he has noticed people spreading hatred since the day of the protest via fake accounts on the internet. He warned by saying, “My humble request to all of them is to stop doing it. If they cannot stop and continue to do so, my only request is not to get caught by me.”
