Losing weight post pregnancy is a major challenge for most women, and Sonam Kapoor has been on this journey slowly and steadily.
Sonam Kapoor shared a post-workout mirror reel on her Instagram Stories, giving a glimpse into her postpartum fitness regime. In the caption, she wrote, “What a wow. 20 Kgs down..6 more to go.” In the clip the actress is seen wearing a black athleisure co-ord and filming herself in front of the mirror.
This is not the first time Sonam Kapoor has shared about her weight loss journey post-pregnancy. Recently, Sonam Kapoor shared a carousel of photos of herself on Instagram and penned down how she balanced parenthood and self-care. Sonam also stated that she did not resort to extreme diets or exercise to attain faster results. The actress wrote, “It’s taken me 16 months to feel like myself again. Slowly steadily without any crash diets and crazy workouts just consistent self care and baby care.” She further added, ““I’m not there yet but almost where I want to be.. still very very grateful for my body and how incredible it has been . Being a woman is a wondrous thing.”
