Reports reveal that Chennai-based distribution firm Karpaka Vinayaka Company and local theatre owners are locked in a deadlock over profit-sharing arrangements. The distribution company is purportedly advocating for a share ranging from 70% to 75% of the first week’s collections, while theatre owners assert that they cannot concede more than 60%. Consequently, the parties have yet to ink a definitive agreement, and negotiations are ongoing.

Resolution of the matter is anticipated shortly, prior to the commencement of advance bookings in the state capital. In an effort to ensure the film’s smooth screening, the Chennai police have assembled specialized teams. They have issued stern warnings of punitive measures against those who contravene the government’s stipulations regarding the film’s exhibition.

Leo is scheduled to begin its first screening at 9:00 a.m. and will continue until 1:30 a.m., marking a substantial viewing window. Theatre owners have additionally been directed to implement robust security provisions and make adequate parking space accessible to cinephiles. Police authorities have cautioned theatre operators against unreasonably inflating ticket prices.
