DC shot themselves right in the middle of the playoff battle as they rise up to 5th spot, as RR lose out on their opportunity to take the top spot and remain in 2nd

Delhi Capitals have arisen from the ashes of the early season to shoot back into playoff contention as they mustered a sensational 20-run win over Rajasthan Royals in Delhi.

DC’s win shot them up the table to fifth spot right above LSG due to their better NRR, as they even out their record with 6 wins and 6 losses so far, to stand on 12 points.

Rajasthan Royals though missed out on their opportunity to reclaim the top spot away from KKR as their third loss of the season drew them level on points with the table-toppers but fell to second due to their lower NRR.

CSK stand still in third spot for now with 12 points, right above both SRH, LSG and DC, all of whom also stand at 12 points so far, thanks to their better NRR.
