The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the schedule for the Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2024. Candidates can begin registering for the Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2024 starting today, July 20, via the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The last date for online registration and choice filling is July 26.
The results of the first round of Bihar UGEAC seat allotment for 2024 will be announced on July 31. The Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2024 comprises several steps — registration, choice filling, seat allotment, downloading of provisional seat allotment order, and document verification.
How to register for Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2024?
Step 1: Head to the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the Bihar UGEAC Counselling registration link and click on it.
Step 3: Register yourself by providing the details and creating a user ID.
Step 4: Upload the required documents.
Step 5: Fill in the choice of course and college as per your preference.
Step 6: Pay the application fee and click on Submit.
Step 7: Take a screenshot of the choices filled for future reference.
As per the official notice, “There will be no provision for any change in choice after the last date. Candidates should take a printout of the choices filled by them and keep it safe for future reference.”
Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2024: Documents Required
Candidates applying for the counselling procedure must upload the following documents during registration:

Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2024: Application Fee
As per the past year’s trends, candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories need to deposit a registration fee of Rs 1,200 while those from the SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs 600.
Seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s rank, preference, and availability. As per the official schedule, the document verification process for round 1 of Bihar UGEAC seat allotment will be held from August 1 to August 4. The results for Round 2 of provisional seat allotment will be announced on August 9 and the documents verification process for the same will be held from August 10 to August 12.
