CGPEB To Conclude BSc Nursing Applications On April 7; Details Inside

The Chhattisgarh Professional Examinations Board (CGPEB) had earlier released an official notification for commencing the registration process for different entrance exams in the state. The notification also included the undergraduate course in Nursing (BSc Nursing). As per the notification, the registration window for applications opened on March 7, and it will conclude on April 7. The candidates aspiring to enrol in this 4-year bachelor’s course are advised to apply online through the official website at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in before the date concludes. Ahead of the deadline, to apply for the BSc Nursing in Chhattisgarh, let us take a brief look at the details.

Eligibility

As per the official notification, the candidates applying for the entrance exam are required to fulfil certain eligibility criteria. The candidate needs to have a passing certificate of Class 12 in the discipline of Science, with at least 45 percent of marks individually in physics, chemistry, biology, and English. The candidates belonging to the reserved category can have a relaxation of 5 per cent. Apart from that, the minimum age limit to apply for the entrance examination is 17 years.

How to Apply?

Visit the official website at vyapam.cgpeb.gov.in.

Navigate to the online applications link. Click on the ‘BSCN24 Online Application Form’ link on the redirected page.

Click on the ‘Registration’ tab and complete the registration procedure with the required details.

Log in using your registered mobile number and password.

Fill out the application form with relevant details and upload the required documents including photographs.

Review and click ‘Submit’.

Download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy of the same for future reference.

Exam Pattern

As per the release, the entrance examination for BSc Nursing will be conducted by the CGPEB in offline mode on OMR sheets. In the examination, a total of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be asked in five different subjects carrying one mark each. The questions can be attempted in either Hindi or English language as per choice.

For the same, a total time duration of 2 hours will be given to the candidates to answer all the questions.
