The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has declared the Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical (KEAM) 2024 rank list today, July 8. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check and download their results and rank list from the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
Around 58,340 students made it to the rank list of the 79,044 who appeared for the exam. This includes 27,524 girls and 30,815 boys, reported ANI. The highest number of candidates who made it to the merit list were recorded from Ernakulam (6568) district followed by Thiruvananthapuram (6148) and Kottayam (4947).
A total of 2,034 students completed the syllabus for Plus Two, 2,785 for CBSE, and 162 for CISCE, the report added. The first three ranks in the engineering category have been secured by boys. Devanand P from Alappuzha grabbed rank 1 followed by Hafeez Rahman from Malappuram and Alan Johnny from Kottayam.
KEAM 2024 Rank List: Steps To Download
Step 1: Go to the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘KEAM 2024 Rank List’ link.
Step 3: Enter the required credentials. The rank list will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check all the details and download the KEAM 2024 rank list.
The KEAM 2024 question paper had a total of 120 questions carrying 480 marks. Candidates are awarded four marks for each right response, while one mark is deducted for every wrong response. Those who have qualified for the exam will next have to participate in the counselling process.
KEAM 2024 was held between June 5 and 10. The provisional answer key was released on June 10. The exam authorities made changes in response to the committee’s suggestions. Significant modifications include eliminating and revising multiple answers from various exam days. For the June 5 exam, questions 22, 53, and 150 were removed, and the response to question 94 was changed from A to E. Similarly, for the June 10 exam, the response to question 2 was modified from D to E.
