The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) has asked schools to extend the last date to fill out the Manipur Board Class 11 and 12 board exam application form. Students who are still left to submit their applications can collect the forms from their schools. The schools can download the examination forms from the official website of Council Of Higher Secondary Education at cohsem.nic.in.
As per the revised dates, the last date to submit the application form for students of class 11 is January 5, 2024, while the last date to submit the class 12 exam form has been extended until January 4, 2024. Students should further note that if they fail to submit the Manipur board exam form before January 4, 2024, they will have to pay a late fee of Rs 500. No further request will be considered for the last date extension after January 12, 2024, mentioned the Council Of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur.
Furthermore, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur released the class 11 and class 12 board exam 2024 application forms on December 11.
The last date to submit the application form for the Manipur Board class 11 exam without late fees is January 5, 2024. Students can also submit the application form, but with a late fee of Rs 500 until January 12, 2024.
In the case of class 12 students, students can submit their application form without a late fee until January 4, 2024. However, a late fee of Rs 500 is applicable if they fail to submit the application form until January 12, 2024.
As per the previous year’s trends, students can expect the Manipur board exam for Class 11 and 12 to be conducted in the month of February 2024. The detailed exam schedule of the board exam is yet to be issued by the board officials. Once the date of the exam is made public, the board will post the date schedule on the Council Of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM)’s official website.
In terms of the Manipur board exams results 2023, the science stream had the highest number of candidates with 24,513, followed by the humanities with 11,391 and commerce with 813 students. Humanities student Pushpa Naorem secured the highest marks, followed by Chungkham Damayenti and Tulshipriya Athokpam. Ria Thokchom topped the exam in the science stream with 491 marks, followed by Kelina Chungkham and Patricia Kshetri. While Rajbrinda Naorem secured the top position in the commerce stream, followed by Einstein Ningombam and Waribam Debraj Singh.
