The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline to submit the online application form for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE) 2024. The last date to submit the NCHM JEE 2024 form was today, March 31 but, it has now been extended to April 7, up to 5 pm, according to the official notice. The application correction window will remain open from April 9 to 12.
Interested candidates can apply for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination by visiting the official website at exams.nta.ac.in. Meanwhile, the NCHM JEE 2024 examination date has not been changed. The NCHM JEE 2024 exam will be held on May 11 from 9 am to 12 pm. The entrance exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) mode.
The NCHM JEE 2024 exam is going to be held for students seeking admission to Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hospitality and Hotel Administration programmes for the academic year 2024-25 at the Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHM&CT). In accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the institutes will allow candidates to choose a fourth year to get an honours degree.
NCHM JEE 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Those applying must have passed the 10+2 Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent, with English as one of the subjects, from a recognised educational board. The candidate must have passed the qualifying test with English as a subject of study (core, elective, or functional).

Step 1: Go to the official website at exams.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on “NCHM 2024 Click Here for Registration / Login”
Step 3: Then register yourself and proceed with the application form.
Step 4: To complete the process, pay the application fee and upload the required documents, if necessary.
Step 5: Cross-check the details and submit the application form as directed.
NCHM JEE 2024: Application Fee
According to the Central List, the application fee is Rs 1,000 for General (UR) and OBC-(NCL) categories. For General EWS candidates, the application fee is Rs 700. The registration cost for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and third-gender candidates is Rs 450.
The question paper will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Candidates will be given three hours to complete five sections: reasoning and logical deduction, arithmetic ability and analytical aptitude, general knowledge and current affairs, English language, and aptitude for the service industry.
