The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will open the correction window for the UP Board Exam 2025 applications for classes 10th and 12th today, October 1. Students will be able to modify their application forms for the Class 10th, and 12th Board Exams 2025 on the official website – upmsp.edu.in. Students must note that the correction window will remain active till October 5, 2024.

Modifications to the UP board Class 10, and 12 application forms can be made by accessing the correction window on the official website – upmsp.edu.in, using login credentials like registration number etc. School administrators or principals can update and adjust previously submitted student information within the system. This correction period is essential for addressing any discrepancies in the data before it is finalized. It is pertinent to note that the correction window allows only modification into the already submitted data and no fresh entries are permissible in the application form.

UP Board Class 10, 12 application form 2025: Details You Can Edit

1) Student’s Name – Corrections to spelling or format.

2) Date of Birth – Fixing incorrect birth dates.

3) Photograph – Uploading or correcting the student’s photograph.

4) Signature – Correcting the student’s signature.

5) Parent’s Name – Corrections in the spelling of the father’s or mother’s name.

6) Gender – Edit gender details, if required.

7) Subject Choices – Adjustments to optional subjects or streams.

8) Address Details – Updates to the student’s residential address.

9) Category (Caste) – Corrections in the category (General, OBC, SC/ST).

10) Mobile Number/Email – Updating contact details.

11) Disability Status – Adding or correcting any disability-related information, if applicable.

Additionally, the board has established October 10, 2024, as the final deadline for schools to submit a photo-verified list of registered students. This list, along with any supporting documentation, must be sent to the district school inspector’s office, which will then forward the records to the council’s regional offices.
