The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has begun the recruitment process for the posts of pharmacists. As per the notification released by UPSSSC for the Pharmaceutical Ayurvedic Main Exam 2024, candidates are allowed to apply for recruitment under the given vacancies by visiting the official website of UPSSSC at upsssc.gov.in. The registration process will begin on February 12 whereas the last date to submit applications is March 3. However, candidates will be able to make changes to their registration form until March 11.
Through the recruitment process, the commission aims to fill up a total of 1,002 vacancies for pharmacist posts. According to the official notification, out of 1,002 vacancies, 448 have been reserved for the General category followed by 291 for SC and 37 for ST categories. Meanwhile, OBC and EWS candidates have 126 and 100 vacancies reserved for recruitment.
UPSSSC Pharmaceutical Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
Candidates must have completed Class 12th from the Science stream to apply for recruitment under the position of pharmacist. Additionally, they must possess a diploma in Ayurveda from a recognised university/institute to be eligible to apply through the same.
As far as the age limit is concerned, those who wish to apply for UPSSSC Pharmaceutical recruitment must be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 40 years.
UPSSSC Pharmaceutical Recruitment 2024: How to apply
Step 1: Start by navigating to the official website of UPSSSC at upsssc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, locate the apply online link and click on it.
Step 3: Register yourself to the portal.
Step 4: In the next step, log in to your account using the registration ID and password that you received once the registration process was completed.
Step 5: Key in the required details in the application form and upload all the necessary documents.
Step 6: Once done, pay the application fee.
Step 7: Submit the UPSSSC Pharmacist application form and download it for future reference.
