Abhishek Kumar's Mother Opens Up On His Breakup With Isha Malviya: 'I'm Happy About It' | Exclusive

Abhishek Kumar’s journey in the Bigg Boss 17 house has been no less than a rollercoaster ride. The Udaariyaan actor, who is in the controversial reality show with his ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya, has often been accused of being aggressive by his fellow housemates. In a recent exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Abhishek’s mother opened up on the allegation and accused Bigg Boss 17 contestants for charging at her son.

“We are three people at home. It is a different environment. There’s love. But in the Bigg Boss house, there are so many people. They have different ways and different opinions. They all have come from different places. But they all charge on my child. Naturally, this will happen (he will get aggressive). At home, it is a different thing,” she said.

She also addressed the incident when Abhishek slapped Samarth Jurel and argued that it was the latter who ‘bullied’ her son. “It was very wrong. It was not just poking but bullying. They were torturing him (Abhishek) a lot. They put tissue inside his mouth and threw a blanket on him. He would obviously react. Abhishek’s action was only a reaction,” she told us.

During one of the episodes, Isha Malviya claimed that Abhishek’s father also used to hit him at home. Abhishek’s mother refuted the claim and called it a lie. “No, Abhishek’s father never hit him. Childhood is a different thing but neither my husband nor I, ever slapped Abhishek. Why will we do this? He is so dear to me. We love him and he loves us too,” she said.

Abhishek’s mother shared that she is happy her son broke up with Isha. “I am glad that they broke up. I am happy about it,” she said. Mrs Kumar also revealed that Abhishek was in a terrible state after breaking up with Isha but they handled him well. “Abhishek was very sad after breaking up with Isha. He loved her dearly. It was a difficult phase for all of us but we handled him,” she said.

Asked if the actor also had suicidal thoughts after his break up with Isha, Abhishek’s mother shared, “No suicidal thoughts. We handled him on time. We did not let this situation happen.”
