Actress Sangeetha Bhat works predominantly in Kannada films and has also made a mark in Tamil and Telugu films. Recently, she dropped a few pictures that are going viral on the internet. She donned a graceful off-white saree, designed by Dorthy John, presenting a timeless blend of elegance and simplicity. She draped the saree in a Baroque tradition style. In the photos, Sangeetha pairs her soft white ensemble with a bold, gold statement necklace that adds a touch of regality to her minimalist attire. Her makeup complements the look, with subtle tones enhancing her natural beauty, while her hair is styled in loose curls, and adorned with delicate white floral accessories, lending an ethereal quality to the overall ensemble.

Sangeetha Bhat captioned her post, “A white canvas for endless possibilities”. Styled by Dorthy John, this Indo-Western look balances tradition with a modern twist, making it an eye-catching statement piece for the actress.

Sangeetha Bhat is known for her films such as Dayavittu Gamanisi and Eradane Sala. Her most recent theatrical release was Roopantara released in 2022. In 2019, Sangeetha Bhat took a hiatus from cinema to join her husband, Sudarshan Rangaprasad, in Germany. Their visit to India in early 2020, amid the pandemic, prolonged their stay. After spending a considerable time in Chennai, the couple moved to Bengaluru. As a return to Germany remains uncertain, Sangeetha has resumed her acting career.

Besides acting, the actress started her production house named Scrabble Productions. She has acted and produced the short film titled Conversation in collaboration with her husband Sudarshan Rangaprasad.

Recently, Sangeetha Bhat has also demanded the formation of a similar committee in the Kannada film industry. Regarding this, she told News 18 Kannada that not only women but male artists are also suffering in the Kannada film industry. According to Sangeetha, due to this reason, there is a need for a committee to report on the issues going on here. She said that the Justice K Hema Committee report has brought out the stark reality of the Malayalam cinema.
