Go to the feedback you've left for others. You can find the page at http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReviewFeedbackLeft. In the mobile app, tap the three-line menu in the top right corner of your screen. Then tap the arrow pointing down next to your username and tap Profile. From there you'll tap See all feedback.
Click Follow Up next to an item number. This opens that order's page for you to comment on your feedback. Once you've submitted positive feedback, you cannot change that to negative or neutral feedback. If you want to revise negative or neutral feedback, you can ask the seller to request feedback revision.
Leave a comment in the large text field. If you want to add an update to your feedback or revise what you said previously, you can do that here; however, your initial feedback will not disappear.
Click Leave Follow-Up Comment. Your comment is submitted and will appear with your feedback.
