Go to https://www.twitch.tv/prime/fortnite in a web browser. This is the Twitch and Amazon Prime page.
Login to your Amazon account if prompted. You'll see your name around the page if you're logged in. If not, you'll see Log in buttons at the top, bottom, and left side of the page.
Click Link Twitch Account. You'll see this link under your name on the left side of the page. A confirmation window will pop up and you can click Link accounts to continue.
Click Confirm or log in to your Twitch account. If your Twitch account is automatically detected, it will show up here. If not, you'll see text boxes to input your account information. Your Twitch account is connected with Amazon Prime.
Go to https://www.twitch.tv/prime/fortnite in a web browser. If prompted to log in, follow the on-screen instructions to do so.
Click Claim Loot. You'll see this in the tile of the game. A window will pop up for your Epic Games/Fortnite information.
Login to your Epic Games account. If you play Fortnite on your Xbox/PlayStation, you can enter your Xbox Live/PlayStation Store account information, since that's most likely what you used when you first signed up. Your Twitch Prime and Fortnite accounts are now linked.
