Fill your mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
Pour the cointreau, white crème de cacao, vodka, apple juice, and lemon juice into the mixing glass.
Mix everything together thoroughly with your stirrer.
Pour the grenadine into a saucer and dip your martini glass's rim in the saucer. Then gently dip the rim in a saucer that has sugar.
Pour the mixture from the mixing glass into the martini glass.
Wedge the glass with a lemon slice and enjoy.
