For an enjoyable visit to the world famous Blue Hole, you need to pick the right time to plan a visit. Instead of visiting this place during the rainy season which starts from June to December, plan your visit around the months of January till May. During this time, you will get pleasant warm weather along with blooming tropical flora.
To visit the famed Blue Hole you need to first travel to Ambergris Caye. First fly to Cancún and then take another flight to Belize City, followed by another short flight that would take you to Ambergris Caye. If there is enough time, one can also plan a trip by bus.
As the palm-frocked island of Ambergris Caye is always crowded by tourists, book your rooms in advance in any resort or hotel. Contact some good travel agency to help you choose the best deals.
Ask the staff of the hotel or resort you would be staying in to arrange for speedboats to take you to the Blue Hole early in the morning.
