Jr NTR To Not Attend Ayodhya Ram Temple Inauguration? What We Know

Jr NTR is a prominent Telugu actor, recognised as the “young tiger” and a leading star in Tollywood. His recent film RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, achieved massive success, grossing over Rs 1,300 crore worldwide. Aside from his acting career, Jr NTR is known for his strong devotion to Hinduism, often discussing his faith in interviews. But despite receiving an invitation to the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya on January 22, he regrets being unable to attend due to work commitments.

Jr NTR is currently filming for his upcoming movie Devara: Part 1, scheduled to release on April 5. The shooting is progressing rapidly and is in its final stages. Notably, the film also marks Janhvi Kapoor’s debut in Telugu cinema, where she will be seen opposite Jr NTR in this action thriller.

The Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony is a grand occasion, drawing the participation of renowned personalities from Indian cinema to cricket stars. Notably, invitations have been extended to various actors from the South Film Industry, including Rajinikanth, Prabhas, Rishabh Shetty, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Yash, Dhanush and Mohanlal. Bollywood luminaries such as Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Jacky Shroff and Tiger Shroff have also received invitations for this significant event.

In December 2023, PM Modi inaugurated the Ayodhya International Airport. To facilitate travel for the consecration ceremony, various airlines have announced special flights to the city. Alternatively, visitors can choose flights to Mahayogi Gokrakhnat Airport in Gorakhpur, Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow, or airports in Prayagraj and Varanasi.

For those opting for trains, Ayodhya has a dedicated railway station well-connected across different zones, catering to visitors arriving from various states or cities.

Numerous public and private service buses offer regular routes to Ayodhya. The Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation operates buses from key cities like Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Delhi, and other major locations, providing convenient transportation options for travellers.
