12- day music fest begins

BANGALORE: Srimadwadiraja Aradhana Trust will be organising a 12-day music concert- ‘Srimadwadiraja Kalamahotsava,’ at Chandrashekhara Kalyana Mantapa premises, from December 28 to January 8. Ganakalabhushana Vidwan R K Padmanabha along with Dr M R V Prasad and C R Amaranath and other popular musicians will perform at the event.  As a part of the festival various poojas and homas will also be held.  Primary Education Minister Visweshwara Hegde Kageri will be inaugurating the music festival on December 28. On January 7, all the vidwans at the festival, will perform a 24-hour classical concert.
