19-year-old ends life after being scolded for taking alcohol

Muzaffarnagar: A 19-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide after being reprimanded by parents for taking alcohol at Nanu Khera village, police said on Monday.

The body of Sunil Kumar was found hanging from a tree on Sunday. He allegedly took the extreme step after his parents scolded him for drinking alcohol, the police said.

The 19-year-old body has been sent for postmortem, the police said.
