The dairy I had maintained has helped me to bring out this memoir,” said well known international photographer and writer M Y Ghorpade while participating in the programme held to release the Kannada translation of his book on Paramacharya.He said at the first sight itself he developed a fascination towards the seer and travelled with the seer to experience the high spiritual achievement of the Paramacharya.He added that he had learnt many things from the Paramacharya and adopted those values in his life.Writer Shantha Nagaraja, releasing the book, said how Ghorpade structured the narration in his book and how that had made a wonderful reading.By explaining even the minute details of his interaction with the seer Ghorpade has given an interesting insight into the life and achievement of the seer, she added.Musicologist Vidushi TS Satyavathi pointed out that the ultimate goal of the human being was to experience the eternal happiness.This can be possible only through the spiritual practice.Ghorpade's book on Paramacharya guides the reader to reach this goal.Educationists Rohidekar has translated Ghorpade's book into Kannada and Abhinava Publications has published the book.SH Mohan, Suryaprabhadevi, Kumar Ranganathan, Krishna Chengadi, publisher Ravikumar, P Chandrika and others were present on the occasion.
