CHENNAI: The much-awaited Meena Bazaar happened yet again in the city and this year, it took place at the Hyatt Regency. The two-day exhibition opened on September 9 and was inaugurated by actress Suhasini Manirathnam. Organised by the Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation (RCCF), the motive behind the expo is to provide clothes to the needy. This mega event provided an opportunity for shoppers to take a look at leading jewellers, textile brands, designer clothes, accessories, and lifestyle products. Similar to the past eight editions, the exhibition saw an array of stalls from different parts of the country. The 80 stalls mostly contained products from women and children. Lucky draw and other contests were also conducted during the course of the exhibition. Apart from these, free organic spa, mehendi, nail art, hair style demos also took place at the venue.
