New Delhi: Actor Aamir Khan has injured himself again during the shooting of his upcoming film Ghajini in Hyderabad.
About a week ago, Aamir had injured his leg during a stunt scene.
In a post on his blog titled, “Serves Me Right”, Aamir explained what happened during the shoot.
He wrote, “Just when I thought I was recovered I’ve injured myself again. And this time it’s worse than last time. Serves me right for taking it lightly and not resting myself enough. This time it’s my left leg and yes, this time it is my hamstring. So we’ve had to call off the schedule, with the climax incomplete. I am so mad with myself!”
He further goes on to say, “It happened about four hours ago in Sultan Bazar. In the shot I was chasing the villain and taking a running dive to bring him down. As I took the leap my muscle buckled and the next thing I knew I was on the ground and in intense pain. No idea why it happened. But forced rest now.”
Aamir has been asked to stay in bed for the next three days. Meanwhile, the actor’s wife Kiran Rao has left Mumbai for Hyderabad to take care of Aamir.
Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Ghajini is a remake of a Tamil film by the same name. Actress Asin stars opposite Aamir in the action-packed film whose theme revolves around revenge.
