New Delhi: Facing trial in the murder of their teenaged daughter Aarushi, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are likely to appear before a special CBI court in Ghaziabad on Wednesday. The court had earlier rejected the CBI's plea to send the couple to judicial custody.
The magistrate had also directed Nupur Talwar to appear before it within 30 days. The Talwars have already sought a review of the Supreme Court’s order directing them to face trial in the murder of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj on May 13, 2008.
Their review petition will be heard by the apex court on April 27.
