Nupur and Rajesh are demanding the mobile phone call details of Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal, who were initially arrested in the case. The couple also want the statements of up the police officers who have investigated the case. The CBI will be submitting the statement of Uttar Pradesh Police officer Data Ram Nanoria, the first investigating officer in the case on May 14.

Later in the day, the Supreme Court will also continue hearing the Talwars' review plea. They have argued that the CBI hasn't looked at the possibility of an outsider's hand in the murders and claim that there are big gaps in investigations.

The apex court is also expected to take up Nupur Talwar's bail plea.

Aarushi was murdered on the intervening night of May 16-17, 2008 at her Noida residence and the body of the Talwars' domestic help Hemraj was found on the terrace of the house the next day.
