Adhar Sinha is new Water Board MD

HYDERABAD: Adhar Sinha assumed charge as the managing director of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board on Sunday.After taking charge, the managing director interacted with senior officials of the Water Board and asked officials to focus on regular water supply and attending complaints. He also highlighted about maintaining good water quality.A senior IAS officer of the 1988 batch, Adhar Sinha has held different positions in various departments including additional commissioner in the erstwhile MCH from 1996-98 and was part of city coordination committee inspections, meetings, road-widening and other works.The meeting was attended by K Ashok Reddy, executive director, S Prabhakar Sharma, director (Technical) and other officials.
