Anaparthi MLA to remain in Congress

HYDERABAD: Though it is known that Anaparthi MLA Nallamilli Sesha Reddy had second thoughts over continuing his sojourn with YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy for quite some time now, the official assertion that he would continue in the Congress and strengthen the hands of chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy came only on Thursday.Speaking to mediapersons, he said: "I have decided to continue in the Congress. I was elected on Congress ticket. And I am back in the Congress. The people elected me because I was a Congress candidate and as a Congress legislator, I have to do their bidding."
He, however, was careful enough in not using any caustic words against Jagan and on the other hand he said he was still an admirer of YS Rajasekhara Reddy and even today he protested inclusion of the former chief minister's name in the CBI's FIR against Jagan in the illegal assets case."I left the company of Congress because I, like others, had thought that Jagan would continue the unfinished work of the late YSR. As the days went by, I have noticed that chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is also continuing all the schemes of YSR and on top of them introduced a few new schemes like `1akg rice scheme, zero interest loans for farmers and Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu for employment generation.
