Bangalore: Facing the public's ire for 'sleeping' in the Assembly during a debate on sexual offences, Karnataka Chief Minister K Siddaramaiah is making sure that the culprits in the rape of a six-year-old inside the premises of a top Bangalore school do not slip ..

Speaking to CNN-IBN on the heinous crime that took place during the school hours, the CM said, "The arrested will be booked under Goonda Act. If there are other accused, we will arrest them immediately."

He insisted that the school management would be responsible for all the incidents that take place in the institution's premises. "Schools are responsible(for safety). When children are there in the institution, management is responsible. We have already issued guidelines," he said.
