New Delhi: After almost two weeks since the failed launch of its BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) for Android and iPhone, BlackBerry appears to have resumed its closed beta testing for the BBM for Android app.
BlackBerry had put the blame for the botched release of BBM for Android and BBM for iPhone on an unreleased version of the Android app that was very likely also a beta version that leaked to the wild.
BlackBerry hasn't yet announced fresh dates for re-release of the BBM for iPhone app and the release of the BBM for Android app. That BlackBerry is still beta testing BBM for Android, a release this weekend seems unlikely.

They've added a couple of new welcome messages to the BBM for Android beta as well. #BBM4ALL pic.twitter.com/i3oCDXkyI9— #BBM4ALL (@GengBBM) October 3, 2013
