Controversial Punjabi film 'Sadda Haq' released in India
The film is said to be inspired from real incidents and has been awarded A certificate by the Censor Board.

New Delhi: Controversial Punjabi film 'Sadda Haq' released in India on May 10, 2013, after been banned thrice. The entire team of the film including Kuljinder Singh Sidhu, Guarav Kakkar and Dinesh Sood addressed a press conference in Delhi to announce the news.

Kuljinder Singh Sidhu informed, "We had to face a lot of challenges during the production of the film but due to the support and admiration of audience, the film touched the heights of establishing new records in Punjabi Film Industry."

The film is said to be inspired from real incidents and has been awarded A certificate by the Censor Board. Dinesh Sood, the producer of 'Sadda Haq' said, "This ban imposed by Censor Board was strongly opposed by the entire Sikh Community, religious leaders and leading Sikh organizations and they all raised their voice for the release of 'Sadda Haq'. Now this film would be releasing in cinema halls in entire India."
