BANGALORE: Some batches of drugs have failed government testing and people  have been warned against  using these drugs. The drugs are: Pantika — Pantoprazole and Domperidone tablets (batch DVT/1629) manufactured by Digital Vision; Tapa — 650  Paracetamol tablets IP (batch T-2064) manufactured by Oscar Remedies; Diclolab injection — Diclofenac Sodium Injection IP (batch DBFI-55) manufactured by Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Ltd; and L-Dofer — Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsules IP (batch MLD-006) manufactured by Eifil Pharma. These drugs have been marked as ‘Not of Standard Quality’ by Government Analyst, Drugs Testing Laboratory. Chemists, wholesalers, doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes are warned not to stock, sell or use these drugs. In case they hold any stock, they are requested to inform the area Drugs Inspector or Assistant Drugs Controller. Public are warned not to use these drugs.
