A German woman was allegedly molested on her way to Chamundi hills in Mysore on Monday evening. The woman had gone to see the sunset and took the stairs to climb down the hill.
In the evening when the dusk fell rapidly, a man tried snatching her phone. Upon her resistance, it led to a scuffle between the two.
Resultantly, the woman fell down and was allegedly molested by the snatcher, who, then, whisked away with Rs 2,500. The police have registered an FIR under section 354, 326, 394 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and apprehended three suspects.
