Going forward on nutritious growth: Amway's Naveen Anand
Naveen Anand, Sr. Vice President Marketing Amway India, has accepted the position of Global Marketing Director of Core Nutrition.

Naveen Anand, Sr. Vice President Marketing Amway India, has accepted the position of Global Marketing Director of Core Nutrition, effective December 1, 2013. He will be relocating to Amway headquarters Ada; Michigan. Reporting to Naveen will be the global Nutrition Marketing core team.

In this role, Naveen will be responsible for the development and execution of the global nutrition marketing strategy. He began his career at Amway India almost 16 years ago as a marketing manager in India overseeing India's marketing department, and since then has been instrumental in building the Amway India business to approximately $400MN in sales.

Under Naveen's leadership Nutrition & Prestige beauty business (Nutrilite & Artistry) has been market leaders; Nutrition clogged a market share of 23.8 per cent in Vitamin & Dietary Supplements category; whereas Artistry acquired 59.3 per cent in Premium Facial Care category in the year 2012.

Naveen also spearheaded a highly successful Amway mass media campaigns, starting with mother brand Amway & later on adding Nutrilite, Artistry & Attititude to the mass media campaign.

Naveen has also been a member of the global CMO Council for over five years. In this role he contributed significantly towards strengthening of global marketing brands both in Amway India as well as across the globe.

Prior to Amway, Naveen worked at Karishma Adverting (part of Lowe Lintas) and Reckitt and Colman. He earned a MBA from Poona University, Pune, India.
