BANGALORE: The High Court on Tuesday adjourned the further hearing of the petition filed against the construction of peripheral ring road (PRR) to September 5.The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is constructing the Peripheral Ring Road (PRR). Srinath Hegde and 60 others, the residents of Annayappa Layout near Geddalahalli have complained that BDA is taking their land to build the PRR in the stretch and it is not going to help the residents, instead it helps the big builders and other companies.A single Judge Bench headed by Justice D V Shylendra Kumar hearing the petition of told BDA Commissioner Bharat Lal Meena who was present in the court that to produce a proper plan and the project report on the PRR plan. “You should be role model. You, just you have power, you can’t go anywhere, government won’t do. You have to do it yourself, make the proper plan,” Justice Kumar said.The court is adjourned the case for further hearing on Monday September 5.
