HYDERABAD: Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Thursday seized cash, gold and land documents of G Chinna Reddy, executive engineer of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), who was caught accepting a bribe on Wednesday night.After catching the executive engineer red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs 1.50 lakh, ACB sleuths conducted raids on his residence at Usha Mansion on road no.10, Jubilee Hills. They recovered Rs 70,200 cash, 480 gm of gold and documents related to a flat and two plots, an official release said. Chinna Reddy was arrested in the early hours of Thursday and produced before an ACB court. Meanwhile, the Village Revenue Officer (VRO) of Parvathipuram in Vizianagaram district, B Rama Sankar Rao was caught late on Wednesday night at his residence when he took Rs 10,000 bribe from a person to prepare pattadar pass books and title deeds.
