Inter-state camp for kids at Sai Gramam

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The two-day inter-state camp for children will begin at Sai Gramam, Thonnakkal, on Wednesday. This camp, for children aged between 12 and 16 years, will see the participation of around 300 students. Children from Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh are participating in the camp. The camp, organised by National Balbhavan, aims to create awareness on drug addiction,  illegal trafficking in narcotics and drugs across the nation and the dangers involved. About 25 classes will be held for the children during the two-day camp. These sessions will be handled by accomplished faculty and socio-cultural leaders. Sai Gramam Balbhavan is hosting the camp, which will conclude on October 20.
