Karti slams Hazare campaign

CHENNAI: Union Home Minister P Chidambaram’s son Karti criticised the anti-corruption movement by Anna Hazare, saying people all over the world only needed someone to give them a platform to vent their grouses against the government, and it was neither special nor unique to India.“The events of the past two weeks have certainly created an impact. But it has given rise to more questions than answers,” he said.He attacked news and social media networks and said  that those who followed the movement and took part through these media were not the only Indians. But he also said “we need to change the image of politicians because the moment people hear that word they think of crooks”.The event was organised   to mark Home Minister Chidambaram’s birthday on September 16.
