New Delhi: Extending its Vu series, LG has announced the launch of its new squarish phone - LG Vu 3 - but this time the company has dropped the Optimus branding. The LG Vu 3 is a slightly bigger than its predecessor and has a 5.2-inch display (1,280 x 960 resolution). The phone has a 4:3 aspect ratio.
The Android slate has the 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor - the same chipset that is inside the the LG G2. The phone has a 13 megapixel rear camera.
It comes with a built-in rubber rhodium pen for writing and drawing. The phone will be available in Korea starting September 27.
