JAJPUR: Suspecting fidelity of his wife, a man killed his one year-old-baby boy at Haripur Bhuinansahi village under Sukinda police limits in Jajpur district. According to woman Nijhum Bhuyan, she was married to Manas Bhuyan (31) three years back and blessed with boy Chandan.Alleging Nijhum of having an extra marital affair, Manas used to frequently fight with her.On Friday evening, after a scuffle between the two, Manas snatched the child from Nijhum and threw him on the floor. Though the child was immediately rushed to Sukinda community health centre, he was declared brought dead. Manas has been arrested.
