'Mere Dad Ki Maruti' is set against the backdrop of a loud Punjabi wedding in Chandigarh and follows the story of a boy who sneaks his father's fancy new car out to impress his girlfriend.
The movie stars Ram Kapoor as a strict father and two new faces -- Saqib Saleem of 'Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge' fame and newcomer Rhea, MTV VJ.
'MDKM' marks the directorial debut of Ashima Chibber. The film has soundtrack by Sachin Gupta.
