A journalist from a Hindi television channel sued actor-turned-politician Govinda for allegedly misbehaving with her.
Mumbai: A journalist from a Hindi television channel has sued actor-turned-politician Govinda for allegedly misbehaving with her.
The journalist, Shweta Ranjan, filed a case at the Juhu Police station in Mumbai on Thursday.
According to Shweta, after she had completed her hour-and-a-half long interview with the actor-turned-MP's, he forcibly snatched her interview tapes away and verbally abused her.
Govinda was not available for comment as he had left the country but the Juhu police say they will question him once he returns.
The complaint also names Govinda's brother Kirti Kumar and four of his colleagues.
