He has been running an Essar Electronics shop for the last six years, next to Prashanthi Homes in Srinagar Colony in Nizamabad city. While listing the precautionary measures, Raju says that LED and LCD TV screens should not be wiped with a wet cloth to prevent them from getting damaged quickly. “When you wipe the screen with a wet cloth, scratches will appear on the screen immediately,” said Raju while talking to Local18. The screen also gets damaged when any object hits it. Parents should take care of their children when they are around television as they often unintentionally throw objects at the television.
Raju further claims the dust should not be wiped with a wet cloth. He also suggests not keeping water coolers in front of the television. The splashes of water from the cooler on the TV damage the screen. Raju claims that such precautions help in the longevity of the television.
